Project inquiries

The inquiry builder runs in your browser. RTE does not receive or store the information entered through this page. You choose whether to copy or download it and share it separately.

Website chat

The RTE Online Assistant uses Spaceship’s Thunderbolt service. Messages and contact details you choose to share in chat are processed through Thunderbolt and can be reviewed by RTE Online Solutions for customer support and project inquiries. The assistant is automated and may make mistakes. Do not share passwords, student records, payment card details, or confidential information.

For information about the provider’s data handling, see Spaceship’s privacy policy.

Other RTE platforms

Links to Teaching Assistant and Learning Hub take you to separate platforms. Their account, subscription, and data handling practices apply when you use them.

Website hosting

This website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to operate the website. This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Sharing safely

Do not include passwords, confidential school records, or sensitive personal information in a project inquiry. Discuss any data requirements as part of your project’s scope.
